IDMプライバシーポリシー（English follows Japanese） 第１条　総則 一般社団法人産学協働イノベーション人材育成協議会（以下「当協議会」といいます）は、個人情報の保護を重要な社会的使命・責務と認識し、当協議会が運営するシステム「イノベーション人材育成マッチングシステム」（以下「本システム」といいます）が取り扱う個人情報を適切に管理運用するために遵守するべき基本的事項として、本保護方針を定めます。 第２条　個人情報 個人情報とは、利用者個人に関する情報であって、当該情報を構成する氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、大学名、その他の当該利用者個人を識別できるものをいいます。 第３条　個人情報の取得・利用目的 当協議会は以下の利用目的を超えて利用者の個人情報を利用することはありません。ただし利用者本人の同意がある場合を除きます。 1.本システムの各種サービスの提供 2.本システムの利用企業・団体・大学への個人情報提供 3.本システムの運営・管理のための当協議会への個人情報提供 4.本システム利用者の調査・データ集積、研究開発のため 5.当協議会からの各種案内を送信・送付するため 6.当システムと利用者の間での必要な連絡を行うため 7.当協議会によるサービス開発のため 8.その他当システムと利用者の間で同意した目的のため 9.上記に附随する目的のため 第４条　個人情報の管理 当協議会は、個人情報の滅失、き損、漏洩及び不正利用等を防止し、その安全管理を行うために必要な措置を講じ、個人情報の取扱責任者を設置し、個人情報を安全に管理します。 また、当協議会は個人情報を利用目的の範囲内において、正確かつ最新の状態で管理するように努めます。 第５条　個人情報の第三者への提供・開示 当協議会は、以下の場合、関係法令に反しない範囲で、利用者の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供することがあります。 1.利用者本人の同意がある場合 2.利用者が第三者に不利益を及ぼすと判断した場合 3.公的機関やこれらに準じた権限を有する機関、またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合 4.生命や財産に危機が生じ、緊急に開示する必要があり、当該利用者の同意を得るのが困難な場合 5.第三者に対し、本システムの運営に必要な業務の一部もしくは一切を委託する場合または事業の移管を行う場合 6.法令により開示または提供が許容されている場合 第６条　第三者提供に関する免責事項 以下の場合は、第三者による個人情報の取得に関し、当協議会は何ら責任を負いません。 A.利用者自らが個人情報を明らかにする場合 B.利用者が本システムに入力した情報により、期せずして本人が特定できてしまった場合 C.本システムからリンクされる外部サイトにおいて、本人が特定できてしまった場合 D.利用者ご本人以外が不正な手段により利用者個人を識別できる情報を入手した場合 第７条　個人情報の開示・訂正・利用停止 利用者本人から個人情報の開示、内容の訂正・追加・削除及び利用停止を求められた場合には適切にこれに対応します。 第８条　企業・団体・大学における学生の個人情報管理 利用者の同意に基づいて応募先企業に提供された学生の個人情報は、応募先企業・団体の定める個人情報管理に関する規程に則って管理されます。 当協議会は各企業・団体・大学に対し、利用目的の範囲内でユーザの個人情報を適切に管理するよう啓発します。 第９条　個人情報処理の外部委託 当協議会は、個人情報取扱い業務の一部または全部を外部委託することがあります。 当協議会は委託先に対し機密保持契約を締結し、利用目的の範囲内でユーザの個人情報を適切に管理するよう指導します。 第10条　属性情報・行動履歴の取得及び利用について 当協議会は、ユーザのプライバシーの保護、利便性の向上、統計データの取得のため、Cookieを使用する場合があります。また、同様の目的において当協議会は、個人が特定できない属性情報や、サイト内における利用者の行動履歴を取得することがあります。 第11条　個人情報管理責任者 ユーザの個人情報は、以下の者が責任をもって管理するものとします。 一般社団法人産学協働イノベーション人材育成協議会　個人情報保護管理責任者　藤森 義弘 本保護方針は、当協議会の判断により利用者の同意なしに全部又は一部の改訂を行うことができるものとします。 また、本保護方針改訂後に利用者が本システムを利用した場合には、当該改訂に同意したものとみなします。 平成26年4月1日制定

We have established this protection policy as the basic matters that must be observed in order to properly manage and operate personal information handled by the "Internship Dynamic Matching System" (hereinafter referred to as the "System"). Article 2 Personal information Personal information is information about an individual user, including name, address, telephone number, email address, university name, and other information that can identify the individual user. Article 3 Purpose of acquiring and using personal information The Council will not use users' personal information for purposes other than those listed below. However, this does not apply if the consent of the user is obtained. 1.Provision of various services of this system 2.Providing personal information to companies, organizations, and universities that use this system 3.Providing personal information to this council for the operation and management of this system 4.For research and data collection of users of this system, and for research and development. 5.To send and send various information from this council 6.To carry out necessary communications between this system and users 7.For service development by this council 8.For other purposes agreed upon between this system and the user 9.For purposes incidental to the above Article 4 Management of personal information The Council will take the necessary measures to prevent the loss, damage, leakage, and unauthorized use of personal information and to safely manage it, appoint a person in charge of handling personal information, and ensure the safe management of personal information. Additionally, the Council strives to manage personal information in an accurate and up-to-date manner within the scope of the purpose of use. Article 5 Provision and disclosure of personal information to third parties The Council may provide personal information to a third party without the user's consent to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws and regulations in the following cases. 1.When there is consent of the user himself/herself 2.If the user determines that it will cause disadvantage to a third party 3.When it is necessary to cooperate with a public institution, an institution with similar authority, or a person entrusted by such in carrying out affairs stipulated by laws and regulations. 4. When there is a danger to life or property, urgent disclosure is necessary, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the user. 5. When entrusting some or all of the operations necessary for the operation of this system to a third party or when transferring the business. 6.When disclosure or provision is permitted by law Article 6 Disclaimer regarding provision to third parties In the following cases, the Council assumes no responsibility for the acquisition of personal information by a third party. A. When users themselves reveal personal information B. If the user is unexpectedly identified by the information entered into this system by the user C. If the person in question can be identified on an external site linked from this system D. If someone other than the user obtains information that can identify the user through illegal means Article 7 Disclosure, correction, and suspension of use of personal information If a user requests disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of personal information, we will respond appropriately. Article 8: Management of personal information of students at companies, organizations, and universities Personal information of students provided to companies to which they have applied based on the user's consent will be managed in accordance with the personal information management regulations established by the companies/organizations to which they have applied. The Council will educate each company, organization, and university to appropriately manage users' personal information within the scope of the purpose of use. Article 9 Outsourcing of personal information processing The Council may outsource some or all of the personal information handling operations. The Council concludes confidentiality agreements with subcontractors and instructs them to appropriately manage users' personal information within the scope of the purpose of use. Article 10: Acquisition and use of attribute information and behavior history The council may use cookies to protect user privacy, improve convenience, and obtain statistical data. In addition, for similar purposes, the Council may obtain attribute information that does not allow for identification of individuals, as well as the user's behavior history within the site. Article 11 Personal information management officer Users' personal information shall be managed responsibly by the following persons. Yoshihiro Fujimori, Personal Information Protection Manager, The Council for the Collaborative Education for Next-Generation Innovators & Exploration of knowledge intersection. This protection policy may be revised in whole or in part at the discretion of this council without the consent of users. Furthermore, if the user uses this system after this protection policy has been revised, it will be deemed that the user has agreed to the revision. Enacted on April 1, 2014
